These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by AKX Global Corp, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Colorado, USA ("AKX", "we", "us").
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. The Services are not available to residents of jurisdictions in which their provision would be prohibited by applicable law, including but not limited to OFAC sanctioned jurisdictions.
Certain features of the Services require account creation and successful completion of identity verification (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) checks as required by U.S. FinCEN and Canadian FINTRAC regulations.
AKX is a non-custodial trading interface. Your private keys remain in your control via MPC and smart accounts. AKX may receive scoped, revocable execution permissions only — never withdrawal authority.
Orders submitted through the Services may be routed to third-party trading venues including Hyperliquid, GMX, Drift, Aster, and centralized exchanges via their respective APIs. AKX does not guarantee execution at any specific price.
AlphaOS and other AI components generate trading strategies based on user-provided intents. AI-generated outputs are not financial advice. You are solely responsible for the strategies you authorize and the trades they execute on your behalf.
Fees are disclosed in-product at the time of each transaction. AKX may modify fee schedules with at least 30 days' notice for material changes.

You agree not to: (a) use the Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion; (b) attempt to manipulate markets; (c) use bots or automation that violates venue rules; (d) reverse-engineer or interfere with the Services.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AKX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the in-product notification system and via email to registered users.
